Hi,

My I-751 is pending but I got divorced.

I want  to send my divorce decree and a waiver but I don’t know to which USCIS office address I should send my documents.
I would appreciate any direction.

thanks

To my knowledge you wait until the interview or an RFE to change the petition from joint to individual with divorce waiver.

There's no "Waiver" to send. The I-751 will be changed to Divorce waiver (filing by yourself). I would call give` USCIS a heads up they will tell you where to send.
Since they didn't know you were divorcing (I assume you filed jointly) there would be no RFE to wait for so do the needful and call first.

Thank you for you suggestion, but I will not get an RFE since I filled jointly.

Thanks a lot. I meant by waver to changer application from jointly filed to a single filing as I'm divorced. I will make sure to call them first to double check the address.

Hi. I had the same situation. Me and my ex got divorced after we filled joint I751. I sent a request letter to USCIS, saying that we got divorced and to request to change my case to a divorce waiver. I also sent a copy of my NOA1 and the divorce decree. They received my mail a month ago. Still no answer. My status on website is the same.

I believe it takes some time.
