Another issues that just will not die, I think the whole purpose is to polarize the bases.  Other than the ditches from what I can gather most people feel like the below.

I think the AVG American is not super pro abortion and has misgivings but also reluctantly feels like it's a personal decision, which is right where I land. The only caveat I have is I don't believe in abortion on demand once you have a viable fetus. I also feel  allowances should be made for health of the mother or child, rape etc.  Kinda puts me middle of the road but that should not surprise anyone . Of course being a moderate on the current VJ would put me way left of the median line

It is interesting that this is a personal decision relative to the Left/Pro-Abortion crowd, but these same folks want to demand vaccine acceptance by all regardless of one's personal situation.

It will be interesting where this case goes.  I think they will punt the viability question.

What if they had a vaccine that had the side effect of impregnating women.  Heads would explode.

The average American is ok with abortion but not so much when it is in the third trimester, especially in the final month

Yup I think the majority feel that way. Not the best alternative but it's not my call

When it comes to aborting another human being and it actually isn't only your body it is "my body my choice". When it comes to mandatory injections the "my body my choice" argument somehow goes out the window even though it really is your body. If the left didn't have double standards they would have no standards at all.

Sarcastic response ahead: Obviously the mother made bad choices and should have thought of that before hand.

Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg Offers Critique of Roe v. Wade During Law School Visit

“My criticism of Roe is that it seemed to have stopped the momentum on the side of change,” Ginsburg said. She would’ve preferred that abortion rights be secured more gradually, in a process that included state legislatures and the courts, she added. Ginsburg also was troubled that the focus on Roe was on a right to privacy, rather than women’s rights.

Roe isn’t really about the woman’s choice, is it?” Ginsburg said. “It’s about the doctor’s freedom to practice…it wasn’t woman-centered, it was physician-centered.”

Fascinating. So this is why the ultra left believes it is OK to force needles into people.

Medicine in this country is largely a cartel. I wince when I hear peers brag about their kids going to medical school. Little difference between doctors and Mafia henchmen these days.

Not really sure it is just the ultra Left, but yes, it all comes down to money.
