Healthcare fraud, mail fraud, fabricating data for clinical trials? Papers retracted because of made up data and undisclosed conflict of interest? InfoWars as a platform? Every detail in this person's biography screams fraud. 

And it looks like the guy never earned his PhD that he claims to have?

Attacking the messenger rather than the message I see. If you look deeper into what he was convicted for it was essentially for an accounting error. I'm sure he pled guilty rather than spend the hundreds of thousands if not millions of dollars it costs to mount a vigorous legal defense in federal court. I have no idea why you believe he doesn't have a PhD. I have been unable to find anything that corroborates that claim. Anyways it's well known that the Pfizer shot causes blood clots and has contaminants in it (something even the Japanese government admits) regardless of what you think about the presentation or the presenter.

This doctor isn't the first, nor the loudest about clotting from mRNA drugs.  It's a waiting game.  And I have all the time in the world.  But I agree with you, trying to shut down the message by discrediting the messenger is the go-to ploy of the left.  Have seen it MANY times against doctors in the past 18 months.

For a researcher, the reputation matters a lot. One lie ruins the reputation. I read about PhD degrees taken away because of falsified or fabricated data. 

I honestly opened the link you provided fully prepared to evaluate the methodology, look at the statistical analysis, check the hypothesis. But this research was done so poorly that I could not help but go check this person's biography. So yes, I checked the messenger - of course I did and gosh I'm glad I did! 

 

And no, it is way more than accounting error that got him convicted. It is the pattern of behaviour. 

He falsified data many times in his previous works, and his papers were rejected (not accepted to publication) and retracted (withdrawn from publication) because of him lying many times, again and again. It's a pattern.

But he never answered the simplest question "where did you get your PhD from?". He got MD and JD (from an online school) - that was verified, but he also claims to have a PhD which he could not say where from.

In other words you didn't even look at the presentation after viewing the first hit piece that came up on google when searching his name. As far as the no PhD claim goes your gonna have to do a little better than "a comment section on some random website said so". As far as trusting him goes there is so much misinformation on both sides that I don't trust anyone. Like I said in my first comment this just adds to evidence that is already out there.

No, did you even look at my reply?  I looked at the video, and the research is poorly done and poorly presented. 

 

Somebody else found the actual CV that was submitted by Dr. Flemming for court https://forbetterscience.files.wordpress.com/2021/09/fleming-cv-redacted.pdf (no mention of PhD!) and a nice detailed post about the person's story https://forbetterscience.com/2021/09/27/cheshire-vs-dr-who/. 

 

Anyhow, the guy is a fraud and a felon with paper track of messing with data (https://onlinelibrary.wiley.com/doi/abs/10.1002/clc.23047), and the presented "research" fits this picture perfectly.
