Hi everyone ill be filling next week. I have a question. Im filling under 5 years rule and under eligibility, I don’t know what options should I choose

What is your basis for eligibility?
I am at least 18 years of age and have been a lawful
permanent resident of the United States for at least
5 years.

I am at least 18 years of age and have been a lawful
permanent resident of the United States for at least
3 years. In addition, I have been married to and
living with a U.S. citizen spouse for the last 3 years,
and my spouse has been a U.S. citizen for the last 3
years at the time I filed my Form N-400.

Thanks for any help🙏

Anybody's estimated time until case decision change randomly? I just filed yesterday and had 13 months then 14 months and now 6 months.

Oh that's cool...I think it depends on a case...mine was showing 15, then 10, now 13...I have to do biometrics on November 8th

If you are not filing based on marriage to a US citizen then the first option that says 5 years is your choice.

If you have further questions, you can share it here before you submit your application.

Goodluck

Where do you see this? I don’t know if anywhere that gives an estimated length of time based on our case alone…

Sooo we just got notice my wife’s interview for naturalization has been scheduled. Case received on Oct 11, 2021… notice of interview scheduled on Oct 24, 2021. They moved WAY faster than we expected!

What resources or interview prep question lists do you all recommend for her to prepare? She is hitting the studying hard now.

What is the interview date ? Also, if I may ask, what is your location of filing ?

All the best to you both!!
