Hello Everyone!

An update on this one. My husband had his biometrics yesterday(Jan 27, 2022). We are from Dallas and his biometrics was scheduled at San Antonio. He was in and out in like 10 mins.

His Case Status immediately changed to 'Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS'.

Hello Everyone!

Few updates for my husband's N-400 case.

His interview was scheduled in first half of July for August 12, 2022 in Irving, TX. He successfully passed it.

Questions asked -

1. In which month do we vote?

2. Who is the Senator of your state?

3. Name 3 original colonies.

4. What does the declaration of Independence mean?

5.  How can Americans participate in their democracy?

6. He does not remember the last question.

After 2 days of his interview, his status on uscis changed to Oath Ceremony being scheduled on August 30, 2022.

Oath happened with around 650 people and he received his certificate of naturalization.

By far, this was the easiest process with uscis.

Good luck to everyone! Thanks much for all the help and guidance.

Husband's interview went well and he was recommended for approval. He's in line for oath. They asked the following questions

1-Who is the father of the United States
2-What is the Capital of the United States
3-How many senators
4-When we send taxes
5-What was Benjamin Franklin famous for
6-What is the political party of the current president

Husband and son became citizens yesterday.

Hi! I had a i751 n400 combo interview yesterday and the officer said I passed the n400. but she didn’t hand me any approval letter. is that normal?

It happened in our case, we were approved 3 weeks after the combo interview for both i751 and n400.

Not sure there is a normal outcome when a i751 and n400 are pending together, every case is unique with USCIS depending on the interviewing officer and field office handling the case.
