Hi Cheddy- thank you for all that you do!

can you please tell me how many still untouched in 111700 group?

They are already processing august filers :( I am July 28 filer

i hope they didn’t hit their quota for the month and moved on.  I feel those who filed first couple weeks of the month (in general) had better chance than those who filed at end of the month.

keeping my faith high through all this.

My pleasure!

117000: 28 Untouched, 45 Approvals, 15 RFESs, 3 RFERs, 15 Denials, 4 Withdrawals, 3 Others (Name Was Updated, Name Was Updated, Termination Notice Sent) || Completed Percent 55.5% || 113 total cases ||

Keep strong! I was a 117500 filer that got approved on the 27th of September. I honestly don't think there's any sort of rhyme or reason to what the USCIS does. It's a completely unfair process. Though I wouldn't be too worried yet, there are still approx 50% of your group remaining. They haven't slowed down and left your group in purgatory yet. Stay strong ,your time is coming any day now!

Yes that’s the most difficult part is that there is no rhyme or reason to what they are doing or how they are processing. So it just leaves the filers uncertain when Their turn will come. Plus constantly changing the processing time is just as frustrating.

Like you said the hardest part has passed us and I’m hoping that we hear something positive anytime now. Only positive thoughts for myself and the rest of the July filers !

Does anyone have a forum they can point me to about how long an EAD or AOS is actually taking for people? Just curious about how long it’s taken the beneficiaries to finally be able to work in the US once everything is approved.

I’m still waiting on my noa2 approval, but I’m just curious. I’m finding a lot of mixed results on Google.

Do not forget to file for Advance Parole even though AOS seems to be surpassing it:
