You need to provide all the information that is being asked for.

Biographical information about your parents is required.

If you skip sections and don't provide the necessary information, you will likely get an RFE which will delay your case.

thank you.

Starting I-130 online. what to fill here?

At which USCIS office will the beneficiary apply for adjustment of status to lawful permanent resident?

She's in India right now.

So that doesn't apply.  She won't be adjusting status from within the US.

My "Other Tip" is to become an A-Student of the I-130 form instructions, then later, all forms.  Failing to do so, means you won't know WHAT you don't know, so won't know what to ask.

Sounds like you need to re-read the instructions and the forums.   Affidavits are not necessary and are really the worst evidence to supply.  Photos of the spouse are not required unless they are in the United States. From the I-130 instructions:

You must submit two identical color passport-style photographs of yourself and your spouse (if he or she is in the United States) taken within 30 days of filing this petition. The photos must have a white to off-white background, be printed on thin paper with a glossy finish, and be unmounted and unretouched.

starting my 130 online.

1) I'm the USC and my wife is in India. Does she have to submit a 2X2?

2) she'll fill out the 130A, does she need to sign it before she uploads it?

3) We are making a pdf of our relationship since we met 6 years ago. Where do we upload that? i don't see a space to upload on the online submission.

thank you.
