Highly recommend you read the instructions for the paper version of i-130 to be familiar with what is required.

Along with read through the thread that TedsGirl posted above.    Along with reading the guide here.

 

As noted by others,  the 2x2 picture of your spouse is not needed, if she is not in the USA.  As for the i-130a your spouse fills out.

also as noted in the instructions:  "

1. If your spouse is overseas, Form I-130A must still be completed, but your spouse does not have to sign Form I-130A"

 

Once you start the i-130 online, it should be obvious where to upload the proof.

Agree with others, you need to read the instructions, you're basically asking other people to read it for you, some of your questions are answered there.

I front loaded no problem with online filing.
