Thanks to all, My wife works and lives in USA, She only comes Mexico on weekends. My wife daughters are USA citizens and lives in USA.

If you want good advice, then you need to give ACCURATE AND TRUE answers.

Earlier, you said you were living in Mexico with your wife.  Now, you say she lives in the US.  Everyone has answered your request for help based on your statement that she was living in Mexico with you.

if you just arrived in mexico 4 months ago i would suggest getting work as this is going to take time

CR1 now is over 12 months normally for the easy (i should not use that word but i don't know how else to put it)

you are from Pakistan so you are from a high fraud country and after the interview most from Pakistan experience a long AP while the security checks are done   /  this can take many months and for many the embassy takes the passport and keeps it while you wait

  • 2 weeks later...

I saw your other post.  I have dual residency in Mexico.   My wife came from the Philippines via Mexico.   Our process was pretty simple even tho I was living in Mexico with her.  Like the others have said just follow the guides and you should be fine. The only extra thing you will need is a police report from Mexico. (You don't need to bother to get one from  Pakistan)

I'd recommend that your wife be in Juarez during the interview in case something comes up.

If your Mexican Conditional Residence permit allows for work then I would recommend trying to find some work to do in the meantime.
