Finally got approved today after 434 days (no RFE)! Honestly, we are happy, but more in exhausted shock than anything else. I’m tentatively happy for us (we know there are still a few more hurdles to go and this long separation has been mentally hard and will take some time to recover from). I will keep running the chart and hoping to see everyone else moving past this stage as well!

Holy wow I just got approved.   Was really worried we'd get an RFE because we did our letter of intent on one page instead of separate but looks like its okay

i took off from work today as a mental health day...just woke up and checked my account and it was approved. i went from sulking to hopeful for the first time in one full year 🙂

This is insane 460 days still waiting (April 8 2021) I got a RFE april 12 2022 and They recieved my RFE"R April26 2022 and still no news ,How come they start may and june without finishing all the april filers , How long it take to respond for RFE ,This is very stressfull long wait .

it was about intent to marry letter and flying tickets last 2 years and more evidence , Yes i did overnight shipping by usps almost 80$

Why would they request for flying tickets?? Did you show pictures of proof of you and your fiancé having met in person at least two years prior to filing?

I don't know, keep flooding them with inquiries and emails, insist and fight. They're the worst, I'm really sorry about this.
