  5. Amelme started following March 2022 NVC Submissions IR1 and I submitted my documents over a month ago, but the case status still says "Action required: Submit requested documents" is this normal?

      Hi, 

       

      First you need to wait for the K1 packet instructions to be emailed to you, they asked us for proof of the packet when we tried to schedule the medical (this was during the peak of Covid so rules may have changed). It takes I think about 7-10 days for them to send your medical results to the embassy so I would schedule your interview a week or two after the medical. I’ve attached the instructions that were provided to us in our packet.
