if me (primary address)and my wife(secondary) had two addresses, due to careers, while applying for green card  , will USICS send form I-797C to both addresses ? does any one know? she withdrew my gc

They'll send the I-130 and I-485/I-765/I-131 I-797Cs to addresses listed on the form. So if there's her address on the I-130 and yours on I-485, etc then they'll send the I-130 to her and the others to you.

Contradictions without citations only make you look dumb.

Good morning VJ Family i just got a notice from USCIS it is the G-56 ( reason for appointment is - form I-485 AOS interview )and the reason for that notice is AOS interview at my local office. can someone advice does that mean that something bad may happen? I apologies for the stupid question but when i tried to google it it sys that this is usually send when you need to attend a second interview or this is a letter usually issued by ICE so i got worry like crazy.

Also in the section when it says what to bring it says see attachment but the attachment file is missing ?

Don't worry this is your interview letter, some Local office for Vawa case use this form because they make the interview manually. My Lawyer told me this.

Lol don't stress about it, it's a regular mailing label most businesses, corporations and government agencies use on their sender mailing addresses. You'll be alright my dear.

Hey, it's a standard language on letters from them. It may be an informational letter if you tried to contact them by phone ( the letters typically say that they can't provide an answer over the phone and you should contact them in writing), a letter informing you that your old fingerprints were reused and you don't need to go to a biometric appointment, RFE or anything else. Hope it brings positive news!

It is just standard lettering, no worries you are not getting penalty, it is just means basically that the employees i believe are only allowed to use the envelopes for matters that are exclusively for the business, so they can't send a letter to their mother or their boyfriend using the envelope etc, nothing to do with you. Congrats on getting your appointment.

Thank you so much you all, you guys are right. It was about my address update request made earlier, they got fade up that to decide and write me and letter telling me they have now my right address on file. I wish it was Bio, but since i received an RFE, i lost my mind, i am sick and cant think properly. Hope this hell ride will end well. Thank you everyone for the help.

So they do send you letter about your address update if you annoy them enough.

With USCIS, you never know, you take what you can get and roll with it lol, you cannot fully anticipate the things they do. You'll be fine 🙏🏿

Hi, I am new here. Anyone who had Sept 2019 filing that got their approval?

Also, I have a daughter that is a derivative of my application we both filed I485 but she received an interview appointment already but our I360 has no approval yet. Should we attend or reschedule?

Thank you all!
