  1. Thank you for your help! Do you know how long it will take for USCIS if I take the above steps to re-route the card (send to my address)?
  2. Thank you for your response, very helpful! And how to I request for the card to be forwarded to me? Or is that done through attorney?
  3. Just following up on the question above ^ did anyone have a similar situation? Thanks
  4. Update: it got delivered to my lawyers old office… as a reminder my lawyer was pretty bad so I’m not surprised they didn’t notify neither me nor the govt they moved. still don’t know what to do next. How detrimental is this? I have another work authorization document for 2 years. How long will it take them to reissue this at a good address? How do I change the lawyers address to mine? I already gave USCIS my regular address but they still sent it to lawyers.
  5. Hi guys.. I posted recently that my case has been approved on the website and that my card was being delivered by USPS. Well, now my card has been sent to the wrong address. It’s been rejected at that address too. It shows the wrong zip code too - I used to live in Miami but at different zip code. What do I do now? Where has it been sent? What are my next steps?
  6. I can't believe. Does this mean I got approved and next step is green card interview? I double checked the case number it looks right and the timeline seems proper but I will not believe it until I see the document. I actually can't also believe I am sharing my timeline right not but it is as follows: Applied Sept. 25, 2020 2 Prima Facies No RFE Approved Sept 15, 2022 At least that's what above says
  7. Oh I see! Yes I got I think 2 Prima facies and 2 combo cards so far but no RFE.
  8. September 2020. Since yours is within the processing timeline you were able to request for it to speed up?
  9. Oh okay, nice! I never inquired anything so I don’t know what my change is about except it just got updated on its own if someone just picked up my file.
  10. You mean you congressman reached out to them to ask to look at your petition?
  11. Ok thank you! I think that means my file is being reviewed now, which is about time. Very nervous!
  12. Guys I’m having a heart attack! I just checked my status and is said: Correspondence Was Received And USCIS Is Reviewing It. I didn’t send any correspondence! Help!!
  13. Just passed through TSA on my new AP! I was very nervous but I made it. They took me to the secondary inspection room and looked through the documents and then asked standard questions and then let me go. I encourage everyone who is able to travel and doesn’t have anything barring them from coming back to definitely take the opportunity of their APs!
