    Thank you. The expedite request letter was sent to Vermont humanitarian office. I received the letter from uscis with the address on top of the envelope as 7 product way lees summit mo which is the NBC address , but the letter inside the envelope had at the bottom the uscis Irvin Texas address where I originally file my i485 and the content itself says we transferred your case to Vermont service center for processing . Too many addresses on one uscis response.

    Hello guys. My i485 was at local office where it was denied. Filed motion to reconsider i290B and I got a RFE to file I601 waiver. The RFE said to mail the i601 receipt notice to my local office and I did for final decision . now I wrote a letter to Vermont 4 weeks ago to expedite my i485 and I got a letter saying that my case was transferred to Vermont service center for regular processing. What does it? My case moved From local office to Vermont again ? I’m confused

    Hello vj family, received this letter after filing request to expedite. So my i485 was at local office, denied and filed motion to reopen i290B, got RFE for i601 waiver and after receiving the i601 receipt, I mailed it to local office as mention in the RFE. I was expecting the local office to make a decision. Why they send it to Vermont again? I sent the expedite request to Vermont humanitarian division.

    Hello @Sandra G.and all, I received a notification yesterday saying case transferred to another office, later on it changed to we received your correspondence and USCIS is reviewing it. So today i received another notification saying the same that case transferred to another office after it changed to we received correspondence. Is it because I’m having 290B and i601 waiver pending ?

    Hello guys. I sent last week a request to expedite my i485 (I filed 290b and i601 they asked) to Vermont . Today I saw that the case was transferred. However I sent my i290 RFE which was the I601 receipt notice straight to my local office because my RFE said after receiving a receipt notice for i601 to send it straight to the local office. Now what did they transfer here? usually they transfer cases for people who applied they i485 to vermont and uscis transfer it to local office. But in my case everything is at the local office already, to which office they transfer it again ?

    Can you post the link of online expedite? I cannot find it so far. I called uscis, they told me to mail vermont (humanitarian division). Do you have the fax number?

    Yes I sent the letter of my employer in the expedite request I sent to USCIS. do you mean I should submit the letter of my employer to the congressman too? I just signed the consent form and put receipt numbers of my i485 and i765
