So, as the main March chart gets updated, an observation is that we're likely only around 1400 filers left in March; it's kinda hard to believe we started with over 4,000, and that processing only 'kicked up' in mid-January :o Last time they left about 200-300 February filers before moving on to us, so I presume the same circumstance may happen here. If that's the case, then we're in the final weeks of March processing; I'd say after 3 more weeks, we'll see most everyone nearly cleared at this pace.

Also a reminder, as alluded to above, is that the inquiry date is now March 7th. I don't think we'll see another revision of the inquiry time soon, as 9-12 is still pretty accurate. So far, none of us (obviously) have had to wait over a year for NOA2, and the data is collected from two months prior. Perhaps it'll get adjusted to 10-12, but I find it unlikely to go over that until we see what happens with the April filers. Hopefully for them, processing times will stay consistent or ideally decrease. Good luck tomorrow, troops!

April filer here and been following this group since ours is next.  I am hoping that the momentum will only improve, if not, at least stay the same.  All of us waited for a very long time now and sure it's an agony.  Congrats to all who are approved today.

One thing I find quite confusing is, going through the immigration timelines here, a good majority of March filers I come across seem to have gotten their NOA2 anywhere between August and November, 2021. Meanwhile, the anonymous case data and this thread paint an entirely different picture. Just seems like a weird discrepancy that has been bugging me for a few weeks.

I do know that USCIS doesn't work in perfect chronological order, but how is it possible for random chunks of the (in this instance) March group to be prioritized over thousands of others, a whole 5-8 months ahead of everyone else? Only crackpot theory I can come up with is that this could be done to artificially boost timeline statistics, although the amount of cases is probably far too miniscule to make any real difference.

Approved, what a blessing to be had on this day :)

Congrats! Thank you Slavaskii for pointing me here from Reddit. You’ve saved me mentally!

And good luck to all the other March filers out there! 🤞

The numbers look good for the fortunate few but not that great as I move onto Day 353 in continued silence and no notice . Let's see what tomorrow brings as we near another weekend. 😐

If you haven’t done so already, I would send an inquiry to USCIS and also a request to your congressman/woman and/or senator. Each time that I submitted and inquiry to USCIS, about a week later I would call and the rep submitted an inquiry on their end as well. I also recommend requesting that a T2 officer calls you.

This all has a wait time of 30 days, so you might get a decision before then, but sometimes persistence is key. I feel that the constant persistence on my end might have helped, and I have the same NOA1 date as you.

I have done 1 online inquiry, 1 ombudsman inquiry and 1 congressional inquiry prior to USCIS changing processing timelines. Currently I cannot do an inquiry because my date of receipt is March 8th once it changes to a later date I will immediately start submitting inquiries again
