One thing to note: we're seeing a LOT of cases updating to "Request for Information Received" but we are leaving them as RFE in the spreadsheet. And then a lot that are getting approved are ones that previously had RFEs. I imagine that's slowing things down too, since they basically have to reprocess the RFEs once they get the info requested. Likely not as much work, but still some.

Hi! Today i got an RFE. I dont know if i remember it right or not but is there a way to see what it is online before I receive it in the mail?

It only took a few days for me to have mine in hand. I pretty much knew what it was gonna be fore and I sent it back in and about 2 weeks later I had Ana approval just the other day. You can check my timeline

My fiance received I-797 after 3 days we got noa2.

I am wondering how people can know when the case is sent to NVC. From the egov.uscis status page? Will my status be changed if they send my case to NVC?

Thank you in advance!

Call NVC in about 3 weeks for your case number. The next shipment of cases from NVC to embassy is November 23 and November 24. (They ship cases every 2 weeks)  Assuming that USCIS follows the same schedule, your case should be sent to NVC the 23rd or 24th. Just give it a couple weeks before you call NVC for the case number.

Ok. That's good to know and estimate my timeline.

I appreciate your help.

Thank you!

Hi everybody, I'm a March filler. Still no answer, but I'm interested what kind of RFE did you get, what did they ask for? Thank you

I was arrested for something stupid that I did when I was younger. I checked off the box and put an explanation what happened on the form but I forgot to included a certified disposition of the case. That’s all they requested. You can see how long everything took in my timeline
