Consulate Review: Serbia
Review Topic: K1 Visa
Event Description
Review Date : March 21, 2022
Embassy Review : I arrived at the consulate half an hour earlier, 8.30. They've let me in 5 min before my appointment. First they called me to one counter to take my fingerprints and documents asked in p3. Then after some time to another counter for fingerprints again and returned my original documents( they kept the copies)and told me to wait. After some time I was called to the last counter for the interview. We spoke in english, consular officer asked me where do I live, work, where I was born. Then he asked how we met, where was he born, what do I most like about him, where will I live in the USA, what are our plans. He typed the whole time. After some time he said everything looks fine and congratulated me and gave me an imbra pamflet. Everybody was nice and it was all finished in 35 min. Just be relaxed and concentrate on the questions, ask if something is not clear or you don't understand.
Rating : Very Good

*Notice about estimates: The estimates are based off averages of other members recent experiences
(documented in their timelines) for the same benefit/petition/application at the same filing location.
Individual results may vary as every case is not always 'average'. Past performance does not necessarily
predict future results. The 'as early as date' may change over time based on current reported processing
times from members. There have historically been cases where a benefit/petition/application processing
briefly slows down or stops and this can not be predicted. Use these dates as reference only and do not
rely on them for planning. As always you should check the USCIS processing times to see if your application
is past due.
