Is my Meeting Evidence Good Enough?

Before sending my files, wanted to know how much evidence is good enough. I have included around 12 photos of my fiancé and I together in the past 2 years, including romantic dinner during Valentine's Day, also photo together with my siblings and her sister in different settings. I also included the passport stamps and airline tickets corresponding to the trips. I have seen people include chat history, many checks, reservations, is all that needed as well or should my evidence suffice? I also included the reservation for a boat trip we took, from which I included a photo together. Thank you very much.

hope that you are not relying on pictures and photos.... did you have both intent to marry and extra steps also ready? Has a ring been bought and receipts and such? Did you get emails and conversations printed out and documented? Was yours and hers prior divorce, marriages documented? The list is pretty extensive, since me and my wife did K-1 almost 3 years back

Yes we both have intent to marry letters from each other. I haven't given her the ring yet because of the pandemic situation, but I plan to do so when I meet her again this year. We were supposed to have an engagement celebration between our two families but because of pandemic couldn't do it, so we instead did a meeting between families over video.

The amount of conversation is enormous and we don't communicate in English, so I don't see the point of providing that. No prior marriages for either of us.

The rule simply states that we must have met at least two times in past two years, we of course have met for many more times, but the photos + passport stamps should clearly show that in my view.

as someone who did K-1 and jumped through, across and in between... always is best to front-load the application. The only time i suggest to basically nail everything with hard evidence of meeting and intentions. I have a pic of giving my wife a ring. Also since it was possible, i also attended the interview with her.

The thing is we met countless amount of times over past two year since I spent a lot of time in her native country (also my country of ancestry) , however, a few meetings I focused on in the application, especially the trip we took together. I haven't given her a ring yet, but I will. For us the most important was blessing from our families.

Please recheck your source of the rule.  While I agree it is simple, it is not what you understand it to be.

YMMV

focus on evidence and less on feelings. will help you a bunch when the time comes to prove the CO (consulate officer) the relationship and intention. Other documentation is the taxes, income and such. I-134 affidavit of support if not mistaken

Yes someone clarified it is once in past two years, of course, we have spent countless time together in the past two years, I can't even count how many meetings. But I also don't have to include 100+ photos if 12 good chosen photos + passport stamps + tickets will suffice.

Somehow, I knew (and hoped) you would add your always-accurate insight.  How do you feel about a lot of front loading a K-1?

@metuchen no disrespect, but read the VJ guide and other sources. I think you are on shaky grounds and don't realize how deep they dig sometimes at the interview level. I went with a bible of documents and evidence and in person to a high fraud country embassy and succesfully passed with no 221g or such

Nope.  It states you have to have met one time.

Not required or even considered to be primary evidence.  Anyone can buy a ring.

Why is it shaky? We're not at the interview phase yet, I'm filing for the i-129f, but when it comes to the interview we have all the chat, phone, email history, we can show if they ask.

You are mistaken.  None of that is included with the I-129F petition.

I don't view bsas any different than any other south American consulate.   Front loading not required

YMMV
