The main thing the IO will do is review all the information on the I485 for accuracy.  This includes all the yes/no questions.  When my wife and I were at her interview (some time ago), the IO also allowed us to add any additional evidence to the submission, and asked us some relationship questions like how we met, when we decided to get married, do we know each other's families, etc.  It was not a Stokes interview where they separate the spouses, but I imagine the IO wanted to get a feeling of us as a married couple.  We also showed the IO our wedding album, and showed her other photos from a recent (at the time) trip to Florida.  You might be able to find sample interviews on YouTube that may be more recent, and you can also check out the reviews for your local office here on VJ.

Good Luck!

Good morning!
My wife just got a notification that her interview will be scheduled. We are wondering if anyone could share the possible questions that they might ask us during the interview.

Thank you in advance

The only thing that sticks out besides going over the I-485 questions is that she asked my wife the names and ages of my adult children. She knows that stuff better than me. She also asked my wife if she understood that she could not go on welfare. My wife had never heard of welfare so we kind of had an impasse until I informed the interviewer that my wife had never heard of the word welfare in that context. Passed and approved on the spot. Good luck!

Finally done...

In addition to the I-485 questions, The IO asked us to describe our relationship - how we met, etc.. We both contributed to the answer, and it was more conversational than anything else. She told us that she loves our story, and approved my husband's AOS then and there! That was pretty much it. His status had updated to "card is being produced" by the time we got home.

Just had our interview last month so hopefully I can help out.

Like others have said make sure your spouse knows the paperwork that was submitted as my wife didn't know what a lot of it was.

The yes No questions for our interview were randomly asked and if you answered yes to any such as the gun training or whatever make sure your spouse can speak to it.

Here is what I wrote up about our interview in another post "He went through the full application with my wife asking her birthday, places she has worked, parents names and professions and just kept checking off as he went along. Also went through about half of the Yes/No questions such as if she wanted to spy on America or be a terrorist. "

Also make sure you bring everything you already sent in and any updated documents Original and copies of everything. (Paystubs, employment letter, Joint accounts, drivers licenses, insurance cards, birth certificates, Passports etc. this is for both of you not just her)

Finally make sure she knows what all of it is and what each things is for. (In my case my wife didn't know what health insurance was before moving here and our interviewer did randomly ask her what one of the things I gave him was when he didn't want me to talk)
