   Wasn't this all done by a cyber security team working for (and on behalf of) the Trump campaign?  IIRC, the same cyber security group who raised concerns around Michigan voting by citing a bunch of counties in Minnesota.

Actually, I think the team was brought on to review the marijuana vote in that county, so they may have been under the influence.
