Hello. I completed my ds160 form for my K1 visa and I am now using this website

https://ais.usvisa-info.com/en-jm/niv

I am trying to pay the fee but there is no option for a form of payment and it also says that there are no available dates for interviews in Kingston Jamaica and to try again in a few days.

Is it possibly not giving me an option to pay because there is no interview date to choose?

it says I am on the payment step and the next step is to choose an interview date so i am not sure.

when I click the methods of payment link it only has steps for Cash payment which even the instructions for that tells  me to select cash payment which the site isn’t giving me an option for that either.

any help will be greatly appreciated.

Did you create an account and register like the instructions tell you to do?

I had the same issue and contacted the embassy.  They told me that they are not processing K1 visas until further notice.  The fee can only be paid when appointments are available.  When appointments become available,  you will pick a date/time, and then will be able to pay.

BTW the DS-160, Online Nonimmigrant Visa Application does not have a fee. The fee is the visa application fee.

Hello!

Since K1 Visas have not been resumed over there yet, appointments are not available and, therefore, payment isn’t either.

Have a great journey!

The difference isn't obvious to most of us.. at least not me. Submitting the Ds-160 application requires  payment so what is the difference?  Semantics  isn't it? Sending in a DS160 without payment is worthless?

First, I didn't say that this document would be obvious that is why I opined to educate those willing to learn. It's not semantics it's fact. DS-160, Online Nonimmigrant Visa Application does not require a payment. You can fill a DS-160 any day that ends in "Y". You don't send a DS-160 but you will submit one and hand carry the confirmation to your interview.

The destruction of reason has seen the triumph of ignorance.

Not true.  You can submit DS-160 multiple times without payment and the system will let you.  There is no fee for submitting the DS-160 form.  The fee is for the visa interview and processing.

You are on the wrong website, that is why it is not working.

K-1 visas in Jamaica are considered Immigrant visas, not non-immigrant visas.  You were on a non-immigrant website, and not the immigrant website.  So therefore, no K-1 interviews were showing on the calendar.

Wrong information will get your petition denied.

Yes Jamaica K1 is considered immigrant visas, . I am logged in with my information for the immigrant visa . Regardless there are no interviews available as per the embassy. And that is why it will not allow me to go to the next step of payment.

But thank you

You posted the the NIV Site (purple) and not the IV Site (green).  K-1 use IV Site (Green) ...making sure you are logging into the correct website regardless of available appointments.

Also,  VJ members are helpful, but once you have your NOA2 you need to seek out other JA members or you will receive information that is wrong and your petition will be denied, and you will have to start the process all over again

In your post, not one person told you , you were on the wrong website.  Furthermore, they said that K-1s are not interviewing.  JA resumed K-1 interviews this summer.  It is due to COVID guidelines, they have reduced the number of appointments per day, you have to check daily to see if appointments are available.  As from your other post, you need to do some further research on next steps as there are embassy specific items you need to accomplish before the interview.

Good Luck!!!
