Glad to have you with us. During this time from NOA1 initial filing to NOA2 application approval is the longest wait. You may want to go back to some of the other months and read their threads and see what was discussed. It will be an interesting read. Good luck and stay engaged.

So we finally received NOA1 and now am just waiting like the others.

My fiance said to just not think about it and just continue as usual.
My country's borders are shut till Dec 31 so I can't even do anything till that time. Oh well.

Just keep going!

Have you lived in another country for more than six months from the age of sixteen? If so, then you will need a police certificate from that country. If not, then you can check that off your list.

Yes, you will need one from any country that you have been for more than 6 months from age 16.  Here is the official P3 from your embassy. Read over what is required for the PCC and any other documents.

Immigrant visas to the United States are processed for citizens and residents of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Tajikistan at the Consulate General in Almaty.

P3 letter for Kazakhstan

Then you do not need a PC from a foreign country, but you do need the follow the request for a local PC. Locate that information from your embassy in their P3 letter.

So you only need a PC from another country if they were over 16 and we're there for six months or more?

USC petitioner does not require a PCC. When they supplied the I-129f, their information is run through different Federal and Local repositories for security checks. The beneficiary is the only one required to do complete PCC if they meet living in another country, from their home country, since the age of sixteen for 6 months or more.

https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/Visa-Reciprocity-and-Civil-Documents-by-Country.html

Once you land on the page, review the left column, and select the first letter of the country you want to access. Then select your country and once you land on the page for the country your looking for scroll down a bit and find "Police, Court, Prison Records" tab and select it. First thing you want to know is if you are not physically in the country to request your PCC will they provide one. If they don't provide one because of the requirement that you have to be personally in the country, then you will not need one from that country. Take a screen shot and print the page off to bring with you to the interview. Most CO's know which country's you can get a PCC from without too much trouble. In the event the CO does not know this for one of your country's you can offer the screen shot in your defense.
