K-1 visa

05 - 16 - 2007 - Sending off of my I-129F package

10 - 16 - 2007-Got NOA2 !!!!

12 - 11 - 2007 Interview date

K1 visa -APPROVED!!!!!!!!!!

January 15, 2008 -married

Submitted docs for AOS ...but ,very unfortunately, my husband had to return back to Ukraine due to emergency without travel document (AP)

Starting K3 process ......

back to the waiting game...

07-10-2008-I-130 sent

07-15-2008-Check cashed

07-16-2008-NOA1 at CSC

07-21-2008-Hard copy of NOA1

07-23-2008-129F sent

01 Jan 07 - Jason travels to Moscow for 2 weeks with Sasha

27 May 07 - Jason again travels to Moscow for 2 weeks of perfection

16 July 07 - I-129F delivered to VSC and signed for by P. Novak

20 July 07 - NOA1 issued / receipt number assigned

27 Sep 07 - Jason travels to Moscow to be with Sasha for 2 weeks

28 Nov 07 - NOA2 issued...TOUCHED!...then...APPROVED!!!

01 Dec 07 - NVC receives/assigns case #

04 Dec 07 - NVC sends case to U.S. Embassy Moscow

26 Dec 07 - Jason visits Sasha in Russia for the 4th and final time of 2007 :)

22 Feb 08 - Moscow Interview! (APPROVED!!!)..Yay!

Missy1: I never got a touch since the beginning of June and I never used the RFE trick. I did write my elected officials long ago and I did call them one time, but only got the normal customer service rep who knew no details. You should be coming up soon. Anyway, some others have not too so I would keep signing into your account with USCIS and not wait just on the Chris email.

The Very Secret Diary of Legolas Son of Weenus - by Cassandra Claire

Day One: Went to Council of Elrond. Was prettiest person there. Agreed to follow some tiny little man to Mordor to throw ring into volcano. Very important mission - gold ring so tacky.

Day Six: Far too dark in Mines of Moria to brush hair properly. Am very afraid I am developing a tangle.

Orcs so silly.

Still the prettiest.

Day 35: Boromir dead. Very messy death, most unnecessary. Did get kissed by Aragorn as he expired. Does a guy have to get shot full of arrows around here to get any action? Boromir definitely not prettier than me. Cannot understand it. Am feeling a pout coming on.

Frodo off to Mordor with Sam. Tiny little men caring about each other, rather cute really.

Am quite sure Gimli fancies me. So unfair. He is waist height, so can see advantages there, but chunky braids and big helmet most off-putting. Foresee dark times ahead, very dark times.

You did register for a free membership right? that is required. If you already did this and its unaccessable then maybe we VJers posted too many hard comments, firing back at the naysayers. Who knows?

I know how you feel. This December I'll be making my 4th trip to Russia this year. i didnt want to have to do this, but we may not be finished with this visa until early spring. But at least we'll finally spend a New Year's together.

ahhhhhhhh i know the feeling too! number 4 for me too! sweet lord, ill go bankrupt before this boy gets here

i havent booked the flight yet because i dont have the funds at the moment, but come December 21st, im outa here!

god only knows how im going to pay for the flight to the interview now...or even when that will be!!!!!!!

i cant believe its going to be November on Thursday...im coming up fast on 4 months...never dreamed i would still be waiting at this point......................................
