I just called the USCIS, they told me my case was last updated on the 28th and that I should be receiving my biometrics appointment letter in the mail 'sometime soon'. No updates on the USCIS website though (still says fingerprint fee received/case received). Fingers crossed! 🤞

I called the USCIS earlier too and they told me I have already an appointment for biometrics fingerprints coming next month and I should receive a letter soon, I was really happy and surprised to know that as in my case status there's no updates since March.. So probably it's taking some time for them to update the status online.

Hopefully you guys gonna be receiving your letter by mail soon too :D

I've seen a lot of comments about the MyUSCIS account site not having updated information on a person's case.  Where did you search to find out that your EAD and AP were approved?

I have definitely seen several VJ people comment that they received AP / EAD approval without biometrics, so apparently indeed it is possible.  Please update us when you receive the card in the mail, and let us know where else you were able to search to get the status information.

Thanks,

Mark and Sandra

Hello!

Our notice of action just came in the mail! So we did get approved! As for where i looked, I just went to: https://egov.uscis.gov/casestatus/mycasestatus.do

Searching  cases here shows the most accurate information!

Hey guys! I called USCIS today and I am scheduled for Biometrics! Haven't gotten the letter yet but it should be coming in the mail any day now, it was sent off July 28th! I filed in March, got NOA1 in April and my service center is Washington DC!

I'm haven't heard anything since they processed my fingerprint fees since 4/26/2020. Plus we are in San Francisco and due to the high volume in San Francisco, pretty sure its pretty backed up. If anyone got a Bio Appt in SF please share.

Same as mine they processed my finger print fees last april 30 2020 and until now i didn’t receive any news from them for the biometric appointment. My friend she filed her last 2nd week of may and she got her appointment already, maybe because different county eventhough the same state

I called USCIS was told that SF location only opened 7/20 and that have to wait 90 days from open to inquire.

The timeline depends on your ASC, your location. I’m in Seattle and it is one of the worst areas. NOAs from February haven’t got their yet. So...

patience... a lot of patience!
