Wang is charged with visa fraud, in violation of 18 U.S.C. § 1546(a).  If convicted, he faces a maximum statutory penalty of ten years in prison and a fine of $250,000.

SAN FRANCISCO – Xin Wang, a scientific researcher and officer with the People’s Republic of China’s (PRC) was arrested in LA as he was exiting the US.  Most likely a LOT more going on here then just plain old visa fraud, but on multiple false statements on (at least one) Visa.

Made me remember when Trump banned China travel.  The Dems and left wing press lost their . He was accused of racism. We were told it was sparking discrimination against Chinese businesses.

Now he didnt do enough. It is a disaster becuase of Trump, but no one can quit tell us why.

You really should listen to Dark Secret Place on KFI on Saturday nights or just do what I do and listen on the app later. He went into detail about this Wang several weeks back.

I listened to Kennedy & Suits (that was a long time ago!) on KFI, ugggggh Kennedy irritated me, but Brian Suits is an intelligent guy. I listened to Dark Secret Place for a while, but I stopped when I stopped listening to Coast to Coast -- I remember Dark Secret Place was a lead in? I got sick of George Noory and all the conspiracy nonsense. I listened to C2C for the paranormal stuff, and that seemed to be further and farther between.

Yeah he is a very intelligent guy and he knows what the hell he is talking about. The majority of what he is talking about abroad is compiled from open sources that he puts together for the audience. I like to listen to him usually on Monday's in the office since we can't have Youtube anymore. He does do a Sunday night show called "SuperHyperLocalSunday" which is supposed to deal with anything from Santa Barbara down to Calexico but sometimes morphs into anything in California

Oh the segment that I really like on the Sunday show is "Have you seen a free couch?" segment. Basically you can call in or if one of the people in the shw have spotted one in the greater LA area they will tell you where it is.
