Did you include the:  G-1145, E-Notification of Application/Petition Acceptance?

I sent mine on June 30th overnight and didn't hear anything back til July 9th and that's with the G-1145.

Yes I did include the G-1145 as well.  I sent mine July 02. I guess the lag must be because of the holiday

Why do you both say so?

I just know I personally have less proof of a legitimate relationship than I would like. Of course I have chat logs, Skype screenshots, attempted meetings... but those don’t compare to actual photos together, more time in person documented by passport stamps etc.

But I’m more determined than ever now to find a way! ❤️

Found love, thought I wanted this path, two years later realized my partner was not worth all the stress 😁

I had a previous I 130 approved 15+ years ago that was denied at interview. I found out my partner was in it for the wrong reasons, the officers said it was fraudulent and I agreed. So that's definitely going to come up. It's in the same country as well.

Here is a list of countries Russians can visit as long as they have a passport

An i-130 nonetheless.

Can you share the specifics as to how they arrived at that decision?

The Embassy CO's are trained to use different tactics to uncover the truth. They use body language and documents and they evaluate the answers to their questions from the applicant to ensure they add up. They are incredibly good at what they do. It's rare that you "pull the wool over their eyes" as the saying goes.

I sat during my wife's interview near an interviewing window and listened to the conversation that was being conducted for a young woman that had a young boy with her. It seemed she was applying for entry into the US for herself and the boy. Seems for whatever reason that her sister was the mother to this young boy and for whatever reason she was trying to have the sister get a visa to bring the child to the US. CO was on that fraud like flies on.... well you get the picture. Honestly is the best policy. Good luck and stay engaged.

I Agree with Greenbaum. Honesty is the best policy.

Also side note,  I received my NOA 1 today in the mail. Never got an email or text even though I submitted the form . I sent this to the TX lockbox but It seems to be from USCIS California Service Center.  I sent it July 02,  Received date is July 07. Notice date is July 14. Would my NOA date be 07-07-20?

The NOA Date is Notice Date.  July 14th would be yours. 🙂

Just curious...  Am I the only one so far in this group that has done the K1 Visa process before?

Hey @Cmptrsdeal can I ask about how the process went for you before? Did you get any specific RFEs or learn anything you wish you knew beforehand?

Found love, thought I wanted this path, two years later realized my partner was not worth all the stress 😁
