I saw some exaples of NOA2 and it looks like mine except mine doesnt say its send to nvc or anything about NVC. My question is: is there a problem if it doesnt say anything about it? Is it still forwarded to nvc? It says its approved

It should not be a problem, but you can contact USCIS and ask them either by phone or the chat on the website (Ask Emma, then ask for a representative).

It should say forwarding to DOS (department of state).  You can always check to make sure it does that by calling the USCIS (the petitioner can call, the beneficiary cannot).

It only says this. We got to a live person through emma on uscis website and it said we should give nvc 90 days but that not what we ve asked. We tried to ask why they didnt mention that in i797 but they didnt really asnwer to our question.

The USCIS thinks the beneficiary is adjusting status.  It says so right there.  The petitioner needs to call the USCIS, talk to a tier 2 (call Tuesday, everything is closed until then) and route the file to the NVC

You do, but it doesn't matter because the USCIS has made this mistake quite often.

Like I said, the petitioner can call on Tuesday.  A few days isn't going to matter as the I-130 isn't going anywhere until then anyhow.
