No, he called but he couldnt speak to anybody , he just put the case number in and it said its approved. Then we contact them through emma on uscis website and they said it was sent. My husband even texted them what noa2 exactly said

I'm not sure I trust it but you'll find out within a month or two when you call the NVC.  Which the petitioner can do.
