I have to travel to my country with my USC husband when the borders open and I believe by that time I'm not gonna have my GC yet ! I'm scared bc on the letter that they sent me with the card it says on it that the CBP officer can deny entry is that true? Please share ur experience thank you !!

1000s travel every day.  It's what AP is for.  Of course it will say that, USCs are the only ones guaranteed entry.

YMMV

My wife and I traveled out of the country over 4 times on her AP/EAD combo card. Not a single issue any time. She could probably have beat me thru if she wanted and I have global entry. In a 3 month period we did 1 entry via air, 2 land crossings, and 1 sea port entry into the US. No problems at any entry point.  This was November 2019 thru February 2020. She now has her green card, but we haven't had a chance to try it out yet.

Unless/Until you are a US citizen, you can be denied entry. But with valid AP, I would not expect an issue unless AOS is denied while abroad, AP expires while abroad, or you commit some sort of criminal offense or try to smuggle into the US.

You want to use your AP card for entry.  Believe you can update your global entry profile after you get your green card, and then you can continue using your global entry. My wife has applied for global entry, but we are waiting for her interview and with everything going on, who knows when that will be. You might be able to add your AP card to the global entry profile, but I'm not sure on that, would have to check with CBP. I would send them a email to ask about that.

Enter at the GE Kiosk and scan your AP(or combo) card or enter the A number.  If you get an X over your photo go see an agent.  Make sure you have a long layover just in case.

Can the AOS application still get denied after 'Case is ready to be scheduled for an interview ' my field office is NYC knowing how busy it's I really don't think that my interview will be scheduled before I go to my trip ??

If you don't show up for your interview the AOS could be denied.  It gets scheduled for while you are away you should contact them before the interview  to rescheduled date.

Yes. Although generally this would only be the case if you don't show for the interview or respond to an RFE.

And can it be denied after the status ready for an interview and before my interview is scheduled ( like in between the two statuses but without the interview done yet ) I'm sure even if the interview is gonna scheduled its going to be atleast a month from the notice I'm only planning to be abroad for 10 days maximum
