"Clear USCIS error"?  How did the fact that you did not receive a transfer notice affect your case?    You got lucky........my opinion.

Lucky or smart? Nowhere does it say that the error by USCIS has the affect your case. But you’re entitled to your opinion.

Someone else requested an expedite based off the same reasons and it worked!

I think you are not eligible, since ESTA is visa waiver.  You can check.

• Fiancé of a U.S. citizen or dependent of a fiancé (K nonimmigrant visa)

So, We called the embassy, ICE and ended up with the USCIS.

I finally have some answers,, so for the ones that are looking for it too, here we go.

 

Noramlly: Extend your trip on a ESTA or Visa waiver can not be extended. We all knew this already.

HOWEVER: Due to the virus they have an exception. If you entered/booked your trip before the outbreak (which we did) and you have the intention to leave, by booking a ticket, show that your employed or have a house/rental in your own country, they can now give you an extension of 30 days on top of the 90 days. The USCIS will decided your eligibility within 48 hours. There is no online form you can fill in, you simple have to call the USCIS and schedule a phone appointment with one of the consultants.

So today I saw an approval on Facebook with the PD February 2020, yes 2020 and was approved after 49 days. It was transferred from Nebraska to Vermont and was approved. Any words to not to get depressed and stay positive? Thanks.

Hi everyone, just wanted to share my good news. We have been approved yesterday.

PD May 31st

Filed 129f on sep 30th

 

about 4 days ago my husband did a case inquiry. On March 31st we got an update that the name was updated (whatever that means) and a day later we got the approval. 
 

it was kind of a complicated case because due to an error at my Uni I lost my status and left the US ( within 6 months though). 
 

The reason why we filed for a case inquiry was because I noticed that about 100 cases before and after ours was transferred to another office except ours.

Congratulations 🎉 I  did  the same case inquiry online this morning and they said my case is still under normal processing of 23/4/19time. I hope am on the right  direction

I believe it comes after the automated system tells you the status of your case. I then only said I’d like to request expedited processing based on USCIS error because  my case was transferred from one service center to another and I never received notice that it was transferred. I thought it was a long shot but it worked! Good luck! 

I tried but the agent said i can't expedite based on uscis error and they only send notice if they want additional information.

I guess not all agents are the same. Some are wiling to help and some aren’t.
