I have the same thing going on too. I don’t even have any estimated completion date. Also when I pull up the case history it would say “Invalid Case date and notice of Receipt was emailed.” Not entirely sure what is going on but this is frustrating.

Unreal, I'm sorry this is happening to you as well. I assume all is good on the USCIS side as there is an interview scheduled for my cousin but i wanted to print the application for her and realized none of the documents are on file in the my USCIS.

I've had the exact same experience with the website. Used to be able to download the case snapshot file, but at some point (mid-2020?) I started getting the same error message and "InvalidDate" text in the middle tab. I assume the website got updated and something broke? If someone needs it for the interview it's probably worth sending a message through the site and asking. My documents under "Your Uploads" are still there and I'm able to download them, I never uploaded anything under "Unsolicited Evidence" so can't confirm those.

I also used to have an August 2020 completion date that disappeared by the time August rolled around, and never got a new one beyond "we are taking longer than expected". NYC processing times have always been at like "up to 2 years" so I haven't bothered contacting them. CA seems to be moving faster right now. Hopefully soon!

YOU ARE GOOD. you just reading it wrong:

it is not "“Invalid Case date and notice of Receipt was emailed.”

It is "Invalid Case date" PUT VIRTUAL PERIOD, then "notice of Receipt was emailed" - meaning the system could not feed proper date to the statement, so it spit out ""Invalid Case date" and continued with the statement ""notice of Receipt was emailed""

I had this appear on my account for a full year, until just yesterday got notice I am being scheduled for an interview! Good luck.

Update, my Interview was scheduled today. It is just 2 weeks after my biometrics appointment. I will update my interview date when I receive the notice.

03/11/2021 Biometrics Appointment

03/25/2021 Interview was scheduled

I received a notice in my online account that I am being scheduled for an interview. How long does it take from the "initial notice" to the "interview letter" being downloaded to my "document" section. Is it 24Hrs, 48, 72? Can't wait lol

Mine took less than 24 hours.  Some people have had to wait longer.  The interview itself will likely be a month away.

That sounds reassuring! I’m still waiting for my biometric appointment though. My local office is Jacksonville, FL. Must be just the backlog is so bad. I’m like already thinking of sending a request to our local congressman for assistance but it seems everybody is affected with this backlog. So just holding it down together and hope biometrics will be scheduled soon.

Hello Everybody :) just an update. I got my interview yesterday and I did same day oath. I am in San Diego, California. I am so glad this is done! It went by pretty fast. I filed under the 5 year rule. The officer was talking really fast. I think my travel going there took longer than the actual interview. hahah there were only 8 people  waiting with me in the lobby before I was called. They also issued us the certificate there and since they did a biometric reuse, my picture on the certificate was my picture from 10 years ago. lol But it's ok... it didn't change much. hahah. Everything was so fast; after I got 6 questions correct, I was asked about my application took about 10 minutes. Then after she congratulated me, she told me to go upstairs as they were doing same day oath. There were only 4 of us in the room and then we were done. I asked her about passports and she told me I need to call them because Covid protocols might have changed again. It's ok since my son would need to have his passport renewed too. Anyway, I am so glad this is done:)

Hi, I am also in San Diego. I somehow have difficulty downloading my N400 online and I do not have a copy when I filed it a year ago. Do you think that will be an issue? I mean did she ask you any questions on N400 that is hard to answer?
