Please tag anyone else that has been updating the spreadsheet regularly.

I have RESTORED the spreadsheet as of Oct 14th.  The alterations started on the 17th and much of the data was deleted / changed.  I also put the NEW users for the past few months in order of "Filing Date"

So if anyone has update any info since the 14th, please check / update.

P.S. @mikedany I went back through the many revisions and I found your old comments and updated the latest spreadsheet with them.

My case completion time is Jan 2021 (3 months).

Estimated wait time changed from 2 months to 29 days today. Is this a good sign or doesn't matter?

Hi everybody,

Just discovered this great thread so I’m a bit late to the party.

My stats:

N400 filing date: 02-25-2020

Biometrics: 03-17-2020

Interview notice: 09-16-2020

Interview date: 10-28-2020

Does anyone have any recent experience with the Baltimore field office? My interview there is scheduled for 2:45pm and I wonder if it is realistic to expect a same-day oath ceremony with this time slot.

Thanks.

A quick update from my side: passed the interview yesterday and was approved 🙂 I am now waiting for the oath ceremony date to be scheduled. Anyone knows the average wait time between interview and oath ceremony?

It depends on your local office. Some office would do the same day while some other ones will make you wait a few weeks or anything in between! What were the specific questions you were asked on your test if you don't mind sharing them?

Thanks

Thanks

- In what month are presidential elections held?

- Who vetoes the bills?

- Who was the first president of the US?

- When was the constitution written?

- How many amendments to the constitution?

- What did Susan B. Anthony do?

Then I was asked to read "Who is on the dollar bill?" and to write "Washington is on the dollar bill"

I completed my interview this morning in Boston, MA. Here is my experience.

My interviewer was very nice and put me at ease right away. We started with reading and writing. I read out the phrase “What do we pay the government?” And I wrote down the answer “We pay taxes”.

These were the civics/history questions:
- What is the supreme law of the land?
- Who vetoes bills?
- Who is the father of the nation?
- What is one right reserved just for US citizens?
- Who is your representative?
- What month are the elections held? (I said November and that they were being held today, and at this point the interviewer laughed.)

I got 6 correct and she said I passed.

Then we went through my application. She confirmed some information like how I got my green card, my employment, my new address, my trips outside of the country, and then asked most of the yes/no questions.

Then I signed two papers, one to confirm corrections/updates and the other to certify that I will say the oath.

Just have to wait for the oath ceremony to be scheduled and I am done! Thank you to everyone here who answered my questions. And best of luck to everybody waiting for their interview! :)

Yes. Hubby changed jobs a month after submitting N400. We wrote a brief letter about the job change and he signed it. We then uploaded it under the additional documents tab. I don't know if they'll look at it prior to the interview (I think there is a message that says they don't have to look at it?) , but if they don't he is also going to mention it to them.

I’d highly recommend this video for the civics questions

you can download it and set it up for 1.5 speed and watch it many times so you can test your self many times ( like flash cards )

just keep in mind that there are changes of some names ( regarding elections ) . I’m not sure about that

check USCIS for more updates

good luck 👍

I would write a memo using word ("To whom it may concern...") with that additional info you want to let them know. Then sign in myuscis and go to the tab where it offers to add a document to your case, and upload that word document there.

Hello y'all! So has anyone from California seen any movement on their case AT ALL?! I know we have a higher load than all other states, but wow! No movement for any of us whatsoever it seems like.

There has been movement.  I have seen an April filer go through the whole process in San Bernardino (my office) and another California person go through.  Not sure how they got through out of order.  Otherwise seems all quiet.
