Received date of February 25, 2021.  I just got an email stating that a new card is being produced and will be mailed to me as of today.  Good luck to all of you still waiting.  Now to help my husband

I don't think you are eligible for n400. As you said your i751 is a waiver based you are not qualified for n400.

hi thanks for comment but what makes you say that? i applied for n400 based on 5 year rule. 

if i751 is a waiver, does that mean you cannot apply for n400? i have never heard that.

Did you get any update on the ROC? Was it approved right after the interview?

Actually we just now received an email saying that the 751 was transferred to another office for "initial review". Her oath is scheduled for tomorrow. We are going. I'm sure they will tell us then if there is some delay and the oath needs to be rescheduled.

Hi guys, just want to share my case with you all. 

 

May 1, 2020             I-751 was received (YSC ) 

June 12, 2020         fingerprints was reused

Jan 21, 2022            We ordered your new card

Jan 24, 2022             Case was approved... 

 

there is no case transfer, no interview... I got the update online but haven't received any mail yet. hope this info will help. 

 

03/14/2017 AOS package arrived (I-485, I-765, I-130, I-131)

03/23/2017 1st NOAs received (text and emails for all 4 forms)

03/23/2017 check cashed 

03/27/2017 1st NOAs received in mail

04/22/2017 biometric letter 

05/03/2017 biometric appointment 

05/09/2017 case is ready to be scheduled for interview 

07/03/2017 EAD card is being produced 

07/07/2017 EAD card is mailed to me

04/03/2018 Filed for EAD renewal 

06/15/2018 AOS interview was scheduled 

06/21/2018 received interview letter 

07/23/2018 interview

07/24/2018 case approved 

07/28/2018 card in hand

had my citizenship interview today. i passed the test and my status online now says that my oath ceremony will be scheduled. ROC is/was still pending as of this morning, so my husband came with me to the interview. Officer did a combo interview. Took approx 30 minutes.

Great news. We have gotten two emails today about a case transfer and to wait for approval, but have the oath ceremony tomorrow. Will update.

Apr 5,  2023: Naturalization

Apr 6, 2023: I-130 for my mother

Apr 6, 2023: NOA1

Apr 9, 2024: Approved

Apr 13, 2024: Sent to NVC

Apr 18, 2024: Received email fr NVC and paid the AOS/IV fee

Apr 23, 2024: CEAC website shows "Paid"

Apr 25, 2024: Uploaded Civil and Financial documents

May 1, 2024: Documents accepted except for marriage certificate (unreadable) and death certificate (wrong file)

Finally some movement on my N400. I received a notice online that the interview has been scheduled for 2/25/22. 

 

Below is my timeline:

  • July 23, 2020 We received your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence
  • August 18, 2020 The fingerprints relating to your Form I-751 Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, were taken
  • August 26 , 2021 We received your Form N-400, Application for Naturalization
  • December 14, 2021 Case Was Transferred And A New Office Has Jurisdiction
  • January 27, 2022 Interview was scheduled

I hope everyone starts hearing some good news on their outstanding petitions :)
