So,  have you married under laws of Islam?  that would make it legal and you should have done a CR1

Uh oh........That sounds a denial of the K-1 could be in the future......correct?

It should be if the embassy finds out about the marriage in Spain

and it should have been stated on the application

Of course but financially you can not do that

as it takes a long time to get the work permit

and now ,  you face the issue of being married in Spain which needed to be disclosed on your application

u can't apply for a K1 when married

i am one who believes the embassy checks this site out from time to time

maybe not

but from some things i have seen happen,  i think it could be possible

Yep ive get married under law of islam ...

You're married so K-1 will be denied.  Register the marriage legally and start all over with a CR-1 application.  Do it the right way or you may face problems down the road even if the K-1 is approved.  Good luck!

Convincing the Consulate officer that you are not already married might prove to be difficult........you have referred to her as "My wife" several times.......the Consulate approves the visa.......not USCIS or NVC.......

Please let us know how this ends....

You seem to be changing your story.  The only opinions which matters will be that of the Consulate Officer.
