Good Morning and Happy New Year! If this is in the wrong area, please feel free to move it.

My husband will be applying for citizenship next month based on our continued marriage of at least 3 years. We have been waiting for an interview for his ROC since September 2019. The way things are looking with the Atlanta field office, I don't think we'll receive an interview date prior to his eligibility date. He became a legal permanent resident on 5/1/17, so based on the USCIS early calculator he would be eligible to file on 2/1/2020. He is going to apply on 2/2/2020 to make sure there are no issues with early filing.

For those who have filed or are thinking of filing, what do you think of the below evidence? I appreciate any suggestions or advice. We included what was required per the instructions and a little extra just in case. Thank you so much!

Form G-1450 Authorization for Credit Card Transactions in the amount of $725.

Thank you for your speedy response! I didn't want to overload them, but also didn't want to send the bare minimum :)

Now we'll just patiently wait out the month until he can apply. :clock:

Would recommend he just file online instead of paper. It is much easier and he can start now and it will save it until he can submit it. It will guide him to what evidence he needs to provide and how.

Georgia, I have the same question, how we have to upload tons of scanned documents? Im going to apply for N400 online in next couple of weeks so do I need to upload 3 years of bank transaction along with insurance documents and other supporting documents? and also I have a letter from landlord that we have been renting out his apt from 2016 but that was dated last year since I had to submit it  with I751 process would that be enough? or do I need to get a new same updated letter from my landlord for N400 process?

Yes it will tell you documents you have to upload. I didn't do ALL bank statements but did 3 a year for since we were married and til I filed. The same with other things I didn't sent as much as I did with ROC and mine was even light at that time. Just the important things like financial commingling and the house we have and so on. You can try and get a new letter but you can also just sent that one and copy of your DL showing both at that address.

Oops! Sorry if I didn't make it clear in the post. He will be filing online. The above evidence list was copied from the cover letter.

@Charming12 Yes. The documents have been scanned in and saved as PDFs. He'll upload those.
