look up your 485 case number and then look at the body of the notice where the card was delivered and you will see the tracking number...   click on that and see what it says.    Good luck!!!     They will figure this out quick.

There was no tracking number in my account and my case status was still showing notice returned ( we still don't know what was it about). I received my card yesterday later in the day, pheeww big relief ! I guess it was an error on their system but it got us worried !

I couldn’t either. Phone helpline probably is inactivated after covid. Emma chat may be the only online option. But hope other members are able to give you more information.

Thank you for telling me that. I am not sure even I got successfully talk to a USCIS representative does it help to speed up my interview or no.....

Last year around Nov. I did talked to someone but she just answered me in a general answering said I just have to wait.......It's already 338 days almost a year my last status updated as "Ready to be scheduled an interview"........

Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview

As of April 2, 2020, we are ready to schedule your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, Receipt Number MSC2090XXXXXX, for an interview.

i got my gc couple months ago and you should hear something soon as well! Average wait is 13-15 months. I believe calling helpline may not help expedite your interview. But you seem very close to finish line! 😊

I-485 Received Date - Nov 2019

Bio - Dec 2019

Interview - Dec 2020

Card Received - Dec 2020
