Thats what I thought i have given from 2010 on the petition i will leave it at that im not adding anymore supplement pages to the petition. I understand they ask for information and you provide them with the information they require if its not necessary im not causing myself anymore anxiety by trying to remember addresses (i previously married military and moved around 23 times in 10 years)

The USCIS is rather stringent. If it's not too much work to edit, I think that you should just include your previous addresses in the past 5 years (2014 to present).

I recently had a subject access request done for the police and had to give 10 years of addresses i had a car crash for which i went to court for so i needed to check it wasnt on my record. They do advise that addresses are useful but in the UK only name and dob is used to search 😁

This is what im thinking ive just asked rapidvisa to amend it so i can reprint. I will never use a service likethat again. Ive learned more here now in 10 minutes than i did with them i feel like im questioning them because ive researched the process and then they admit to errors

Are you saying you did more than 5 years?

I only used addresses that was equivalent to up to 5 years.  If you lived at one address for 5 years or more, you're good.

It's a good idea to know your address information since the age of 16 to know what potential police certificates that may be required but that is for your information

So it turns out after speaking to rapidvisa and him telling me i should "declare" my addresses from being 16 even when its not the form requirement i was then told by the  same person to amend my petition to show 5 years worth of addresses. The list of addresses is for a police Certificate which the individual gets not sure why he told me they are needed by rapidvisa for a police Certificate  🤪🤪🤪

So.....

Rapidvisa are currently doing my paperwork for me with massive regret. Can someone tell me is there anywhere in the K1 process that asks for the beneficiarys address history going back more than 5 years?

TIA

I think they need to know that so that they either will submit the paperwork for a PC or they will inform you to submit the paperwork. From your list they will extrapolate the needed address's for their current form. Sometimes being a "newbie" your not that informed as to the big picture and how information is needed either currently or down the road when they are filling out paperwork.

So..... a few weeks has gone by and everything is more clear with the help of you guys. Rapidvisa needed addresses from being 16 years old to check whether I would need a police Certificate or not so only 5 years of addresses were required for the petition to which i give. The petition has been sent and I've had a NOA1...... now for the long anxious wait!
