I put a strike through for everything you do not need to send.  the rest is great for commingling of finances and lives.

Agree, you are already including the credit card statements, they don't care what you bought. After you get rid of the product itemization of stuff purchased with credit cards, double-spaced listing, your pile of evidence will likely really shrink down. Seriously consider getting wills, DPOAs, and Living Wills completed now. They are good evidence for now, and quite useful later on. We used Legalzoom.com and were satisfied with the service and results.

For ROC, it is all about "marriage bonafides" (USCIS-speak), the more, the better.

Good luck on your immigration journey.

Definitely agree that you can get rid of all of the details of what you bought.  Any evidence of joint property (car or house)?  Or joint lease?

OP has two cars purchased jointly.

I agree a joint lease or deed would be ideal but they do show a lot of joint bills showing both living at the same location.  It's not as strong for evidence as a lease, mortgage, or deed though.

Wills would definitely be good for the OP. They seem to have some assets.

Agree with including living wills and poa. My husband and I created them right before sending out our petition. I was worried that might look fabricated but we recently got approved, and it’s a relief to know we have them now.

The only other thing I could think of adding is pet adoption/vet papers if you have one.

arent wills and power of attorneys usually useless? i mean i can make a will today and change it tomorrow to not include anyone... i feel joint accounts hold more value than any will.

Wills etc are very good evidence to send. Yes they can be changed, but they are good legal documents to have that show a co-mingling of life and in some states require witnesses or notarization. We used legal zoom, and though we will probably use a lawyer and change them at a later date they do express important wishes and decisions that are important for future or emergencies.

Do you have anything that shows joint health insurance, or pension plans, or life insurance policies showing beneficiaries?
