SSA

BMV

Post Office for Passport.

Hi,

I am wondering with all these restrictions due to COVID-19, have you receive your passport in the mail already? or are they delayed?, base on what is posted on their website, they are talking about severals months to receive passport.

Thanks.

Well this is interesting.

Just received an email that my oath ceremony has been scheduled. There is no info in myuscis, the descheduling notice is still the last date there.

Hoping, again better judgement, that this is not a fluke. I'll keep you posted if the notice comes in or if it shows up in myuscis

Looks like it was a fluke. Never received anything from them. As Virginia wants to be the best kid off the class, we are nowhere near opening the courts back-up for these ceremonies and Virginia insists on these judicial ceremonies so I get to wait some more. It is amazing how much they can test your patients. But it is running out fast now. Time to do some serious rethinking of my options.

I am sure USCIS will start to act on applications from June 4. The administration is eager to open up the economy. ! I am hoping to get Oath letters in June !

Great news for Citizenship filers  ! Happy for you. Looks like they are very likely to open on June 4th. Our 2 month painful wait may be soon over. Can't wait for the same happen to me -). I need a hair cut soon haha.

This one looks pretty hopeful, it should be an actual letter with an actual date. Not the "we place you in line" one I got.

Hi,

Just Checked my acct on Myuscis, there's a notice to appear for Oath Ceremony at the Miami Field office on June 8th. I was originally schedule for March 20th, then de-sceduled because of the Covid-19 Pandemic.

GOOD LUCK TO THE REST OF YOU WAITING.1823724892_Screenshot(2)_LI.jpg.43c0d520e9fff7fc80e515379bd0267c.jpg OF YOU ALL WAITING.

Great news! It’s so nice to see things moving again. Are guests allowed in FL? (Just curious)

Hi,

Nope, no guest allowed. Interpreter, only via phone  if needed.

Cheers,
