Hold on there, girls!

I'm just like you, applied for AOS in late May and still no news on either EAD/AP or GC.

As much as I'm getting excited for other people receiving their papers as much I get upset about no updates on my own case.

I keep making a list of things I'm going to do when its all over.

Certainly first thing I'll do is to fly back home (alone haha) and finally spend time with MY family and party with MY friends instead of my husband's.

I have no idea how other people cope with homesickness. But I can tell you I have never loved my home country more than I do now after I moved to the US)))

May 23rd -AOS case received /NOA1

July 27th - RFE for I-485

August 2nd- Response to RFE received

September 13th -biometric appointment.

But my I-485 status still says Response to USCIS RFE was received. Hopefully it'll change after biometric this Friday.

I-765 and I-131 still say case was received.

I really hope everything will change after biometric.

I-485 received: June - 2019
Fingers prints completed: July 11th,

RFE: Aug 20th, 2019 - Current tax year

RFE response received : Sept 6th

question: for my RFE, they asked for petitioner/sponsor current tax return, (me), and I did attach the copy of RFE letter along with 1040 2018.

my worry now.. will they send second RFE or deny... I only sent 1040 return for 2018 and not any IRS transcript or W2 with my response?

RFE said = " must submit a complete federal tax return submitted to IRS for the most recent tax year"

so i only sent in 1040 form. but NOT IRS transcript or paystubs or W2, so little worried...

in such case, would they send 2nd RFE or deny?

Thank you for starting this thread! Our dates are close to yours. NOA1 was June 10th and biometrics was July 9th. Status update, on the new site only, has stayed at "Fingerprint review completed" since then. Frustrating!!!

Like others have said, thank you so much for starting this thread. It definitely helps to know that you aren't alone in this process. My priority date is June 14, 2019 and my NOA1 was June 20, 2019 and biometrics done on July 10, 2019. Since then, my status has been "Fingerprint review completed". My local office is Los Angeles (city) and is pretty backlogged so I don't expect anything anytime soon.

My local office is Oklahoma City and I’ve seen someone with same noa1 date as me and someone with noa1 date ten days after mine have interviews scheduled. I’m happy for them but frustrated.
