When does 90 day duration start?

My fiancé got approved for her k1 visa.  They will issue it to my fiancé on Sept 13.  I have always planned to fly over to her country again and escort her back once she has visa in hand.  Unfortunately, I can not fly to her until early November because of my work schedule.

 

My question is, does the 90 days to get married start ticking on Sept 13 or the day she arrives in USA?

How do you know this?   She must enter the US within 6 months of when her medical was done.

She passed interview at consulate on Sep 5 and they told her visa should be ready by Sep 13. 

 

She had had medical exam about 3 weeks ago as she needed documents prior to interview.

 

Process is going good and we are ready to move forward in life together.

 

My only real concern now is when does the 90 day clock start ticking to make sure we have time for marriage and adjustment of status?

Got it.....As @NikLR stated, the clock starts the day she arrives in the US......good luck.....

 90 day clock starts ticking the moment she clears POE.      Not sure of your route to fly to the USA but some POEs are not in the USA ..

"Should be" != "will be". Hopefully they are right, but until CEAC shows "Issued", nothing is final.

 

The 90 days start from when she clears US immigration on the way in.

I would still be careful about purchasing tickets before she has the visa in hand.

The general forum rule of thumb is to never purchase/reserve/arrange any non-refundable/non-transferable/non-changeable travel or plans until your passport is in your hand, and your visa is in the passport.
