One visit is below recommended number in your case.  You have red flags which can be overcome only by a lot of actual time together......Are you the same religion?  Is it customary for a 33 year old man to marry a 45 year old woman?  It is also not a good idea to marry on the first visit...

we are a metalheads we have no religion and we aren't marrying im just asking about the K1 visa process

Like pointed out above,   you may have talked on internet for years but you have planned marriage and immigration before even meeting in person '

and although a month visit is good (a lot better  than 10 days or a week),   it is probably not enough with the other red flags

and do not marry on 1st visit as that is a big red flag but if denied a K1 ,  you may have to marry later to prove a real relationship

The purpose of the k1 visa is ultimately marriage,  so if you aren't planning to marry then the k1 Visa is not for you

You still need multiple visits..and a lot of time together....Marrying on the first visit will be another big red flag.

I said that as the visa will probably be denied / we do  not know for sure but as you point out she is older,  you plan to marry and immigrate and have not met in person

and you can say not religious but if your parents are muslim ,  you know you are born into that religion

in Morocco it even says muslim on the national ID 

so,  look at yours

and i will point out that i have been to both Tunisia and Morocco and people tend to hide their sites from others so no one can see who they talk to
