I-130 September 2019 fillers

Just sent mine out yesterday, Monday morning from Hong Kong, already cleared customs in Cincinnati and is on its way to Lewisville.   Now we wait I guess 😉

 

Is PD basically "received date"?  And from when the timeline really starts or?  Whats the significance?

Got my IOE number via text, they did say it was received 27th however DHL says it was signed for in the 24th.  No biggie I guess!

We just received our IOE#. Would this be our PD or what's received in the mail (I-797) has a different date?

PD is the date it was received.

My 130 has a PD of 8/27/19 and a receipt date of 9/4/19.

So it was signed-for on August 27th and 'received' on September 4th?

Hi. Did your receipt number start with IOE? I just submitted I-130 to USCIS in Texas by mail last week and I got IOE090******* receipt number. What does this IOE means?
