I-751 September 2019 filers (merged)

ROC window opened on 11th August, but final packet was mail to USCIS on 16th September, after being rejected once. Check finally got cashed on 23rd September. Never received any text. TIP ALERT...Instead of attaching single photo on a sheet as an evidence, I created a pamphlet of single sheet, comprising of multiple photographs of each event or a vacation. This approach saved us from attaching several sheet of single photo. 

 

TIME LINE:

March 2016 - Married in USA

April 2016 - i130 submitted

November 2016 - DS260 submitted

May 2017 - Interviewed in London

November 2017 - Arrived in Seattle on CR1

September 2019 - i751 submitted

Got the text with the case number bright and early this morning! Looks like we've been assigned to the Vermont SC.  Processing time 13-20 months, which isn't too terrible.  

 

One funny thing is that according to USCIS, they received the package on the 18th, but USPS tracking said the 19th. Go figure! Sometimes I think USCIS exists outside the normal space-time continuum 😛

How do you tell which service center you've been assigned to? I've been wondering for myself

If you look at the letters at the beginning of your receipt number, that's the service center code.  EAC is Vermont

Ohh, thank you  Our receipt number starts with LIN so I wonder if that is the CA service center. (after googling it appears to be the Nebraska service center!)

Just got the text that our case was received and got our case number!  It is at the Potomac service center.  That's a new one for us but glad they are getting to work on it!

 

Package mailed on the 18th

Delivered on the 20th

Text on the 25th

 

Still haven't cashed the check but I assume that will be very soon. lol

Ours too. Text notice received but check hasn't been cashed yet. Waiting impatiently for for the paper receipt so that I can get my passport stamp and resume traveling.

Sent our package the 23rd and it got delivered today. We didn’t sent the form for the electronic notice, we’ll just take it easy this time. 

Did you all sent the marriage certificate again? We had to send it with the AOS paperwork so shouldn’t they have it already. We also made sure we wrote down the A# on all papers we sent in case USCIS loses things on their end.

So basically, it's takes them 1 week after the delivery of documents to send the text with case number?
