What income proofs to send for i864 Joint sponsor?

My income is low and want to include my uncle who income is above 100000 per year. What document to send of his for i864 affidavit of support?

I thought you were not able to find a joint sponsor other than your mother as you said in your other posts? Anyways please carefully read the instructions of what is needed to be included. It will tell you everything you need.

3 years of tax transcripts and proof of this years income.

I thought they only asked for transcripts from the most recent tax year? You can give up to 3 years, but is it ok to just send the one?

Only most recent tax return is required.  

 

Tax returns from other years is optional.

In other posts you stated that your mother who supports the household is receiving government assistance, SNAP.   Then you stated you want your mother to support you. Now you say you have an uncle who can.

 

i smell a  public charge and red flags all over.

Well that was quick. Within the space of an hour from posting about your mother on SNAP you found an uncle with a 6-figure income. If this is genuine, then he would be a far better choice as a joint sponsor. I assume this income is stable.
