Filed i360 december 2018, I'm waiting patiently so i can send i485 and i765. They say it can take up to 24 months.

U need patience because this is not a tasks for the feeble minded.  So live your life and enjoy yourself. It will come but it takes awhile. Good luck

I echo your sentiments ... when I feel despair, I come to this forum to find peace as well ... every approval here restores my faith and gives me hope . Every time I see members helping each other out , restores my faith back in humanity.

...and yours too shall come. Be strong.

I asked a question above and applicants who have submitted their vawa applications or being approved should be able to give me an answer.

I don’t want to be a bother to anyone, everyone has their problems. But, I feel my questions are being ignored on this thread sometimes. I’ve sent Sandranj PMs but she does not reply them. I guess I’ll just crawl back into my hole and continue being a silent reader.

I don’t like being spoon-fed, I’ve read the past threads all the way from 2012 and I’ve learnt a lot of things. Am new to vawa, so am a beginner. But, any thanks to all those who’ve helped me with the knowledge I know now about vawa Fridaygirl etc especially Fedaniela

Kindly ask away if u need help. We are here to help each other out. I have been approved but like u, i started not knowing anything and learned from people here. I had RFE's upon RFE's but I never gave up -  for me I knew I must have my papers approved -  that was my motivation, that and my kids (giving them the better life they deserve). My son is a genius, he is only 9 years old and already in college on scholarship so get yourself some motivation and never give up.

Once again, we are here to help each other. U can also chat privately if need be. Be free and be strong cos this journey youve embarked on is not for the feeble at heart.

So, my mom and sisters had their affidavits of bonafide marriage sworn in a high court in their state back in my home country.

Is that okay to be sworn in a high court or must it be a notary public ?

And they are having their photocopied IDs certified TRUE COPIES by a notary public .

Once it is certified true copy by a notary it should and will be accepted

You could've sent all together so that at least while waiting for I- 360 approval you can have some interim benefits like working and traveling with your combo card. I'm 30 months of waiting for my i-360 approval but during the wait I've been able to travel outside the US and back successfully and working too. Please consult @sandranj and or @Stillwinning!!!😊 to see if you could send the remaining documents in okay.

Everything's going to be alright 🙏🙏🙏🙏 God Bless

Hello everyone.

Anyone ever had their own affidavit reviewed here or know how I can have it looked at by someone else? My lawyer doesn’t do much to be honest.

Get ur affidavit notarized at a bank for $1 or for free or at a currency exchange. That' all u need. Lawyers either dont know much about vawa or they are too busy to be bothered by u. I dropped my lawyer when i saw him google what vawa was. I completed my process myself. Now I have my Green Card. Good luck

You are right my dear aquila! She can send in the i485 alongside the i360..it would benefit her at the moment! @Formykid are you married to a USC? Do send in your petition so you would be able to get the benefits that accompanies it..like EAD, AP et al.
