Good luck! Medical in Toronto was a breeze, so hopefully it is in Montreal, too.  Good luck with the interview and enjoy Montreal. Still have no idea what I'm gonna do for the few days that I am there haha. Let me know if you have any good recommendations  😅

go watch a Montreal Canadians hockey game!

Hello everyone!  I have a question to those who just had their interview at the new location. Do they still have a place to keep our phones? Thank you so much. 😊

Oh noooo!!!! Could not skip the line now? Hhehe

But as far as I remember, you wont be asked for immigration papers before the TSA screening or xray. Immigration docs will be required after u passed TSA xray already. So on that part, I believe we can use NEXUS. In the immigration part, Id agree with you.

Of course, we'll ask first before anything else. We dont  want to be banned on this great program. Lol

I went through POE in Ottawa Airport so it may be different but probably very similar. It went from TSA scan area instantly to where they ask "why are you coming to the US" which is where they took my immigration documents. Is the line that long in Toronto to enter the US?

Quick question - did they require original documents for the W2 or were you able to provide photocopies?

Thanks in advance :)

I ordered tax transcripts online from IRS and they took a few days to get sent to me in the mail, for W-2's I just photocopied them and it was fine.

@pandp and @Oh_Canada  our CEAC status changed to AP

From Application Received?

What does AP mean? I’m still waiting for mine to change.

AP is Administrative Processing. Normally it's the last stage before 'ISSUED,' if I'm correct.

Yeah you are correct. Issued will be next or refusal. It took 1 day of AP for me before going Issued! Hope everyone gets it quick. Get out of Canada before the winter really starts hammering hahaha

Medisys was a dream. So much worry for nothing. Everyone was super kind, especially the blood draw nurse. She said she didn’t have an influenza vaccine available, but that I can get one done at home before POE if I’m concerned about it but she thinks it should be fine.

I was in and out within an hour. There were quite a few people after me that didn’t have their packet 4 with them but they were very accommodating about making arrangements to email it to them.

@klgck The shopping is great! We found a nice spot for lunch before walking back to our Airbnb. Thinking about taking an Uber to the casino tonight and hoping to go see old Montreal in the next couple days.
