I got my wife's DQ August 7th, waiting on Interview date, Dhaka embassy, case still shows at NVC. Been reading all these replies for the past weeks. Finally decided to register and comment :)

Girl yes! 😫😫 still here. I was so hopeful in June and July but after hearing nothing I just kept quiet. And now August is also over. Trying to keep busy but some nights I just stay up. So it’s taking about 6 months for interview for your embassy???

Was really hoping for something in August. Earlier this month was my birthday and yesterday was our 1 year anniversary. 😢😢 Both were celebrated all by myself.

Oh wow...here I am thinking 1-2. :(. This wait is the worst.

Before June, Dhaka embassy would schedule interviews just about a month after DQ. The last person who got an interview date from Dhaka was in June (DQ- April, IL- May) So after hearing nothing for this long is kinda pissing me off. And NVC isn’t even saying anything at all.

Same with Montreal. Every month was consistent. Mid month every month they give out ILs and then all of a sudden no more. Idk 🤷🏻‍♀️

I secretly think it’s because of F2a being current. I know many people say it doesn’t correlate but once F2a became current in July a lot of embassy’s stop giving out interviews for us US citizen petitioners in June. It just stopped. Like they scheduled green card holder’s SO interview instead. But then again I might be wrong.
