You can call USCIS and ask if the case has already been electronically transmitted to NVC. They can see that in the system. If they tell you they can't see such thing, call again and ask a different agent. Some people are less helpful than others.

You didn’t receive an email? They reviewed yours very fast, they are working on Feb 12 right now, according to the timeline. We submitted everything on March 12, but it hasn’t been reviewed yet.

They probably did email me, i just haven't been checking my emails much this past month and i did mass delete a few weeks ago thinking there are no important emails. I had been expecting to get reviewed after the COVID-19 order ends thats why i hadnt been paying much attention. But then again embassies are closed so I doubt any interview will be scheduled in the next month or two. Perhaps August?

I’m hoping they will resume interviews in July-August, but that if the ban will not get extended.

So my parents finally got approved but I have a question for you guys.

1) Is there a point for me to even pay the AOS or IV fee now, now that the Trump administration has blocked green cards for our parents, ostensibly until the end of the year?

2a) I see that the interview location is Johannesburg, my parents applied as South African citizens - but they are currently in South Korea (they're dual) and will need to do interviews there, is there a way I can change this interview location?

2b) If I pay the fees, is the interview location locked in?

Visa Fee $325.00
Immigrant Fee $220
I-864 $120

I can pay the other two not bolded, and the case will be stuck until the Immigrant fee which officially starts the clock correct?

ON 31JULY THE REVIEWED MY DAD'S CASE,  ACCEPTED ALL THE DOCUMENTS BUT REQUESTED ALL MY 2019 W2 ,

IMMEDIATELY I WENT TO CHECK MY MOM'S CASE THAT WAS NOT REVIEWED YET

SO I UPLOADED THE 2019 W2 IN BOTH THE CASES ON 31JULY A

ALSO ON THE  MY MOM'S CASE I  REQUESTED IF THEY CAN CHECK MY W2 IN MY DAD'S CASE AS WELL .

THIS MORNING I GOT THE EMAIL FROM NVC THAT THEY ACCEPTED ALL THE DOCUMENTS INCLUDING 2019W2 IN MY MOM'S CASE AND ITS READY TO SCHEDULE FOR INTERVIEW.

BUT THEY STILL DID NOT CHECK MY DAD'S CASE.

DO YOU GUYS THINK nvc WILL WAIT ANOTHER 60DAYS TO REVIEW THE 2019 W2? OR THEY WILL SCHEDULE BOTH ON SAME DAY FOR AN INTERVIEW ?

Immigrant Fee is paid after the visa is issued to get the Permanent Resident Card.   It can be done before or after arrival in the US.
