It somewhat is, I am definitely with you on that.

But also as I mentioned earlier, USCIS had a big lag between when they approved and when they actually sent it. (It was texas center by the way).

And so I do not know what is the period between when they "sent" it and when NVC physically "received" it. Whether it is paper or electronic based.

 

So my plan is to give a week for them to receive it. Following NVC Timeframes I should still be ok. If assumed received date by NVC is past their timeframes, then I will start calling them.

I am also giving them discount on COVID19 situation, I am sure this impacted them.

I know this question is not related to this topic. after my mother pass the interview and come to USA, and how long does she can have green card 2 years? and my sister is 24 years old. Is there any types of visa that she can come with my mom for work or study? We do not want her to be in Viet Nam herself. thank you

i think so.. my mom case got aprroved this early April.  do not know how it is going to be, sigh...

Hi everyone, since we have to upload form I-864 to CEAC, I am filing the form online and have some difficult file full information. Does anyone have tip for that? either extra paper or print it out, file it, scan it then upload it? thank you. hope every is safe and healthy.

I think they will stop working on cases of parents of USCs for the next 60 days.

I got approved 3/24 and haven't heard a thing. Do they send an email?
